How is a Payment made?

Making a payment on AfroDesire.com could never be easier.  You may pay using PayPal or Barclays Secure Merchant. Currently Barclays Merchant is disabled for maintenance purposes but will be back on shortly.  Until then you may use PayPal. 

We let our payment partners PayPal and Barclays Merchant deal with your transaction. This ensures your payment details and transactions are made securely and gives you the peace of mind.

I have just tried to make a payment and it is not working?

It is essential when filling in your payment details on PayPal that your billing address is where your Bank Card is registered too otherwise our Payment Gateways may decline your payment

When do I get my Delivery?

We offer Standard, Next Day, European and Worldwide deliveries.

For A Next Day Delivery (UK Only) the order cut-off point is 11am Monday - Friday.  Any orders after 11am will be processed and dispatched the following working day.  If you have chosen Standard Delivery as your delivery option, the order cut-off point is 3pm.  Due to a large volume of orders we cannot process any new orders after 3pm and will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

All products on our website have been individually weighed and upon checkout on www.afrodesire.com your shipping weight and amount will be displayed.

I want to buy in wholesale (bulk) for my Salon & Business?

Not a problem.  Afro Desire Ltd has been supplying to other businesses, salons and even to individuals who are looking to sell on Ebay and Amazon for many years.  We currently wholesale to over 10 countries worldwide and growing. 

Opening a business account could never be easier.  Please contact us and request for a business account.  Once approved by a member of our online team you will be able to shop online and enjoy wholesale prices.  The final checkout stage will automatically give you your wholesale discount. 

The percentage of discount may vary on which wholesale bracket you fall into.  Some of our wholesale buyers are already enjoying upto 25% discount on retail prices.  This gives them an opportunity to put a healthy mark-up of atleast 25% or above while re-selling.
